Job Description

What you will be doing: The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk, PBX, Guest Services, Bell, Door, Concierge and Night Audit.Lead, coach and set clear goals and expectations for Ambassadors.Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistent with our Sofitel Luxury Standards.Seamlessly integrate Front Office Operations with Sofitel internal departments (i.e. Food and Beverage, Catering and Sales, etc.)This salary range for this position is $72-75k.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include: Candidate must possess a minimum two-year experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.Four-year degree from a Hotel Management school or Business school.Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language a plus, French preferred.Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills.Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.Assist with additional projects or requests as needed.Additional Information
