THE ROLE:

Permanent full-time 38 hours a week
Assist the Front of House Manager through day-to-day supervision and management of the casual dining team
Contribute to continuous improvement by devising and implementing new ways to undertake the team's roles and responsibilities
Through training and delegation, ensure all tasks are carried out correctly and according to standards and within set timeframes
You'll be working alongside your team daily interacting with guests to ensure optimum guest experiences and repeat patronage
Work in a beautiful location overlooking the vineyard and Milton farmland
