The Assistant Facilities Manager role plays a key role as the support link between contract partners and in centre teams to deliver a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, providing extraordinary in centre experiences as we aim to become essential to the customers, retailers and partners we interact with.Day-to-day you will be responsible for:Tenancy Co-ordination – working with our contract partners and shop fitters to ensure they are compliant, and works are delivered.Owning the delivery of day-to-day best in class facilities services in line with the needs of the Centre team to achieve excellence in customer experience.Ensuring all asset maintenance, repair and capital works, is accurate and delivered on time and budget, completed to the best possible standards by effectively managing our contract partners.Supporting the development of asset life cycle plans for the centre.Providing immediate response to all emergency, evacuation or other incidents within the centre.What sets you apartWe are seeking a passionate and driven individual looking to continue to develop their career in facilities management.
