Working closely with the Facilities Caretaker, this position is based at Stockland Halcyon Ridge, in Glenvale, a full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.
Be part of the team, who help to promote a positive environment throughout Stockland Halcyon's communities, through the ongoing maintenance of the grounds, gardens and general facilities needs and engagement with the homeowners.
About the role Responsible for maintenance of the grounds, gardens including weed spraying, pool, and other common areasMaintenance of facilities and equipmentCleaning of recreation and common areasEnsuring the environment is safe for both staff and homeownersOversee on-site securityOther ad hoc, general tasks as requiredAbout you Experienced in landscaping and/or garden maintenance and support, or may have recently completed a Horticulture/Landscaping (or similar) studies but not essentialDemonstrated experience in general maintenanceExperience within a community/lifestyle environment such as retirement living, caravan parks, resort facilities, schools, motels/hotels would be advantageousCurrent driver's licence and your own reliable vehicleThe Stockland Proposition Stockland Halcyon is Australia's most awarded creator of lifestyle living communities across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, NSW and WA.
