Assistant / Duty Manager | The Wattle HotelRedcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.This role may be available to begin in a casual capacity for the successful candidate, should it be beneficial for both parties.At Redcape, we're devoted to a strong, people-first vision. We value our promises.COURAGE: We are curious and think innovatively.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take charge of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
