About the Role
As the Assistant Director Workforce Analytics and People Projects, you will work with the agency to develop and utilise workforce analytics capability that informs strategic and operational decision making, on workforce matters. You will also work collaboratively and proactively with HR peers and line managers to support the delivery of HR projects.
You will lead the team to complete analysis of people risks and opportunities, deliver the internal and external workforce reporting agenda, work with the agency to develop data products and, guide the delivery and evaluation of initiatives.
The role requires strong technical analytical skills and the ability to identify and communicate the 'key issues' to business stakeholders. You will be a hands-on manager, involved in the day-to-day delivery of workforce reporting and analysis as well as supporting the delivery and evaluation of HR projects.
