Assistant Manager, School Pathways VET Sector Exciting New Role Permanent Ongoing Opportunity This is an incredible opportunity to bring your flair and expertise to this exciting new role in the Education Sector.
Coupled with your accomplished experience with process and business improvement and continuity and your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills your primary focus will be to establish and expand pathways for VETRO students to ensure alignment with current and future educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have drive and initiative and bring a combination of strong business development expertise and dedication to process improvement to elevate the directorate's pathways and offerings for Secondary Schools.
Key Responsibilities include: Build and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships to promote and expand VETRO pathways, ensuring strategic alignment with the directorate's mission and goals Drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes across the VET pathways lifecycle, focussing on application, onboarding, enrolment, and academic progress Become an integral conduit for assisting with and resolving complex issues in service delivery, providing strategic insights and support for continuous service improvement Identify and implement new opportunities within the VETRO framework Ideally you will have: Proven experience with business development and stakeholder engagement Solid background in operational and strategic process improvement, with a focus on delivering streamlined, high-quality services Demonstrated ability to handle complex information and provide high-level, strategic recommendations to stakeholders Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for teamwork, negotiation and report writing A proactive and autonomous work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive positive change in service delivery Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and familiarity with relevant quality standards and policy frameworks How to Apply: Please select "Apply Now" above.
