Assistant Directors within Service Delivery focus on leading teams responsible for end-to-end application progression. Roles within Service Delivery have direct interaction with sensitive content and applicants to the Scheme.You will be required to work closely with your colleagues across the Branch and broader Redress Group in order to contribute to the overall goals of the National Redress Scheme. Leadership, problem solving, customer service, collaboration, organisational skills, and personal resilience are all critical to success in the role.This is a bulk recruitment round with the purpose of establishing a merit pool for future vacancies.
