Assistant Director, Sales and Builder Relations Assistant Director, Sales and Builder RelationsSalary Range:  $119,595 - $128,465 (PN: 50906)Seeking candidates for the role of Assistant Director, Sales and Builder Relations within the Thriving Communities Group's Sales and Client Services team. Collaborating with team members, this role oversees Suburban Land Agency's (SLA) sales of various land types in the ACT. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing processes, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong negotiation and liaison skills, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Director, Sales and Client Services, they will manage residential land sales to the builders, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication between SLA, partner builders, and industry clients.The Sales and Client Services team is responsible for managing ACT Government-owned land sales, working closely with SLA's Project Delivery and Marketing teams, and other stakeholders. We value innovation, open communication, and drive to deliver projects from conception to completion.Key roles and responsibilities include managing land sales, developing stakeholder relationships, and facilitating communication between various teams and external parties. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and exceptional organisational abilities.Eligibility/Other Requirements:Highly desirableFrontline client service experience in a sales environment,Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) or equivalent,Must possess a current Drivers licence,Ability to work on a roster which includes weekends, andFlexibility to work offsite at the Agency's sales suite when required.Notes: This is temporary vacancy available immediately for up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
