Currently seeking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Centre Manager who is ready to step into the role.
We have 3 locations North of the River: Ashby, Scarborough and Banksia Grove.
This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role, guiding team members and showcasing your passion for the early years.
About You You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A current Working with Children Check First Aid certificate The Role Lead a team of educators to create a positive environment Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
