Responsibilities: Team Leadership Extraordinaire: Partner with the Centre Director to bring your leadership skills to life, helping shape the direction and day-to-day magic of the centre.Mentor & Inspire: Be the go-to mentor for the team, creating a positive, collaborative vibe where everyone thrives and feels supported.Compliance with a Smile: Keep us on track with all regulations and quality standards – making sure everything runs smoothly, but with a smile and a bit of fun along the way!Family Champion: Build awesome connections with families, working together to support each child's unique learning and growth journey.Centre Innovator: Contribute your fresh ideas and creative solutions to help improve and grow the centre, making it an even more exciting place for children, families, and educators.Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, equivalent or actively working towards Diploma in ECE.You've already rocked a leadership role and are looking to step up in early childhood education.Passion for Creating Magical Learning Spaces.Strong Problem-Solving Pro and tackle challenges head-on with a calm and thoughtful approach.In-Depth Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulations.Join us in creating magical moments for children and families in our community.
