Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) We are seeking a passionate, driven and knowledgeable Assistant Director, who has the experience and desire to lead, support and manage our team of Educators, and help with the day-to-day running of our amazing 158 place childcare centre, Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Doncaster!
This is a unique position where the Assistant Director role is predominantly an off the floor position.
Your focus will be to support our Centre Director on a day-to-day basis.
Our expectations are that our Assistant Director will oversee and ensure that the workplace operates within OH&S requirements, and that the duty of care for children and their families is strictly maintained.
You will also be expected to act as the Director of the service in the absence of our Centre Director, and always lead by example.
All training on centre systems is provided.
