The Opportunity Our client is a highly regarded Not-for-profit Early Childhood cluster.
They are looking for an experienced Assistant Director for their service located in the Geelong area.

The Role As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Director in the day-to-day running of the Centre, as well as motivating and inspiring your team of Educators.
Your typical week will consist of both on- and off-floor responsibilities.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
You will also create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to strategically increase the occupancy of the service.
The Candidate A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification OR a Degree in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experience in leadership.
Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
