Assistant Director , Financial Systems

Other (Information & Communication Technology) Canberra City with some WFH arrangements ASAP start, EL1 Permanent ongoing Baseline Security Clearance preferred Our client, a very large Federal Government Department funded is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Financial Systems to join their team on a permanent basis.
DUTIES: Project manage the design and implementation of new Financial Management Information System.
Management of Technology One and Expense8 systems, including system configuration changes, user access maintenance, help desk inquiries, train new system users and system testing.
Coding and running adhoc SQL queries to generate data extracts for QoNs, data analysis, and audit inquiries and develop dashboards and reports for the senior leadership.
Manage the data migration process & master data tidy-up & management.
CRITERIA: 5 years+ demonstrated Financial Management Information Systems experience with Tech One.
Experience with Expense8.
A diploma or degree qualifications in information systems or vocational certification in design and governance frameworks or technologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, Agile Project Management or SaaS systems, SQL and MTA).
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
