The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seeking applications for an Assistant Director, Executive Support, to join the ART Transition and Executive Support team.
This position can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
Remuneration: The annual salary for the position is EL1 $113,357 - $133,423 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.
There are two positions available- an ongoing position and a non-ongoing position for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

About the opportunity: The Assistant Director, Executive Support, assists the Director Executive Support to deliver a range of support services to nominated senior members and staff in the Tribunal. This role is responsible for providing assistance to the Director Executive Support by managing resources within the team to provide consistent and high-quality executive support to Jurisdictional Area Leaders and/or List Leaders of the ART.
About you: We are seeking an experienced and organised candidate to join the new Executive Support section of the ART. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and the demonstrated ability to use good judgment and think strategically. You will supervise and/or support Executive Support team members in undertaking their duties.
To be successful you will: Generate solutions and implement new or changed ways of working to enhance the Tribunal's capacity for providing consistent, high-quality and accessible services to users. Manage a geographically dispersed team in accordance with APS Values and Code of Conduct, participative management practices, WHS obligations and workplace diversity principles. Contribute to the development and delivery of effective service delivery strategies consistent with the needs of internal users and the Tribunal's statutory and other objectives. Build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to further the achievement of the Tribunal's statutory objectives and to facilitate the work of the section. Mandatory: Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required. Relevant qualifications, training or experience related to one or more functions or powers of the Tribunal.
