Assistant Director, Executive Leadership and TalentFull-time PermanentWe have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director to join us here in the Workforce Strategy, Leadership and Capability Branch. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, you will contribute to the successful management and coordination of a range of capability development initiatives.These include operation of the whole of government Learning Management System as well as a wide range of leadership programs and SES induction, networking events, program communications, nominations, evaluation, and reporting.All our work is designed to support capability development and contemporary leadership aligned with the ACTPS core values and signature behaviours. You may have technical proficiency in managing a Learning Management System (ours is SAP Success Factors) and/or design, implementation, and evaluation of capability development programs. You will be exceptional at establishing and maintaining effective and diverse business partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. Your expert communication and influencing skills will be heavily relied on, as well as your ability to adapt to changing circumstances while managing multiple priorities and demands.Notes: There are several temporary and permanent vacancies at this level, and we'd like you to consider coming to join us.
