They will coordinate business and governance activities with the Division and the other parts of the Commission.

The Complaints & Engagement Divisional Operations and Improvement Team (DOIT) provides essential operational, administrative, and strategic support to the Division, enabling them to effectively achieve their goals and contribute to the NDIS Commission's objectives.
