Details: The Assistant Director Complex Behaviour Support is responsible for leading the team that provides daily operational support for the Occupational Violence and Complex Case Management (OVCCM) Team and Restrictive Practices (RP) School Support Team.

The OVCCM team responds to emerging risks posed to school staff due to violence from students and/or parents/others.
Due to the high volume of incidents and the fast-paced, dynamic nature of this work, the team requires significant operational support, including incident triage, preparation of documentation required to facilitate risk assessments in schools, and delivery of OV training.

The RP Team monitors and responds to reports of restrictive practices used in schools.
Operational support for this team includes the extraction and cleansing of Restrictive Practice (RP) data for compliance and correct use of RP definitions, preparation of EDU Restrictive Practices reports, communication with schools regarding reports containing RP, and provision of data in response to OSP inquiries.
