Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and creating engaging and accessible communication? We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to lead internal communication and culture initiatives for Digital Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS).
In this role, you will:

?develop and implement communication strategies and plans
?deliver content for a range of audiences and channels
?collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
?coordinate events – virtual and face-to-face
?manage our staff awards program
?use data to drive change and improvement.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience in communication roles.A tertiary qualification in a communication field will be highly regarded but is not essential.A current ACT Government CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate (Baseline clearance equivalent) is required for this position, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
