This key leadership position will suit someone who likes working with a considerable degree of independence, under broad direction from the Director. The TMO is responsible for providing specialist advisory services within the Agency, including change management. The Change Management Advisor role is key for promoting a consistent change management approach and capability uplift across business groups.
