Walking into your centre every day you'll smile, as the early morning sun shines across our natural outdoor play spaces.
You'll then ask yourself the BIG question; 'How can we provide a service that enriches our community, and allows children, families and educators to grow in body, mind and spirit?' To answer this, you'll collaborate with your team of skilled educators, chair staff meetings, facilitate staff training sessions, uphold YMCA policies, procedures, implement a high-quality learning curriculum and help your Centre Director with day-to-day operational duties.
You'll be great in this role if you… Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalentCan obtain First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis CertificatesUnderstand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012Have experience as a Room Leader or Assistant Director in an early childhood settingRetain knowledge in child development / high-quality programming practicesCan obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children cardHow to apply: Click on the "Apply" button below to submit your application.
