Assistant Development Manager - Property DevelopmentWINIM are a boutique, Australian owned Property Developer, Project Management and Funds Management firm. The business has a history of successful ventures in state-of-the-art retail, high-end residential, large-scale master-planning, commercial, hospitality, health, education, and government projects across Australia.The business has been built purely on its strong and outstanding historical projects and reputation.The RoleDue to growth within our business and new projects, we are seeking an ADM to join our team.The role of ADM sits within our Development Advisory Business and is the backbone to the project team and right hand of the Development Manager on a project. Working with highly experienced Development and Project Managers, the role will have coverage of the full life cycle of the property development from acquisition to project delivery.Duties will include but are not limited to:Preparation of documentation and reports for projects at various stages in the development cycle, some including legal, planning, financial and government legislation.Creation and management of project feasibilities and financial reporting.Navigation through council portals for DA's.PCG meeting agendas, minutes and reporting.Management and review of budgets and expenses for projects.Engagement and liaison with clients and contractors.Administration of the project including minute taking for meetings.Coordination of meetings with internal / clients / consultants.Working closely with other Assistant Development Managers and Development Managers.The Candidate & Experience RequiredAs an ADM, you will be Degree qualified, ideally in Property, Finance or Commerce.Together with:A minimum of 6-12 months experience within a corporate environment and ideally in the property sector.Advanced Excel skills including modelling and macros together with advanced Word skills.Experience with Estate Master will be highly regarded.Proven financial analysis skills, together with the ability to present this information to the team.Passion and drive for the property industry and a confident nature.Be a clear thinker and team player with the ability to deal with a variety of clientele.Excellent communication, time management, decision making, team working, attention to detail and analytical skills.Positive energy, strong ethics and high customer service delivery.On offer is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a well-respected and renowned development team, excellent company culture that is collegiate in style, with a flat management structure and a career path through to Development Management.For further information or to apply, please click on the apply now button and remit with your personal contact details or send a copy of your resume.
