Respected Queensland Developer Work closely with SDM and owner Close-Knit, professional team Respected Queensland Developer Work closely with SDM and owner Close-Knit, professional team   This admired local developer is seeking an energetic, experienced ADM to join its team of committed professionals working on multiple projects.
The role will have involvement in all aspects of the development cycle from planning/approvals to project administration to delivery of infrastructure and residential lots.
Supporting the SDM in maintaining feasibilities, liaising with consultants/contractors, council and other stakeholders will also be important.
The successful person will have experience in a similar Land ADM role.
Whether your background be from engineering, planning, urban design, financial/property analysis, or other related discipline, the key will be your exposure to all aspects of the land development cycle and your proven ability to achieve outcomes.
Land development will be a passion and work ethic, long term commitment to the team, preparedness to take accountability, financial/commercial nous and superior communication and influencing skills are all essential.
