We are currently looking for an Assistant Development Manager.What you'll do:As an Assistant Development Manager, you will provide valuable support to the Property Development Manager in planning, development and management of the property opportunities on the Perth Airport Estate. Your role will involve assisting with project planning, financial feasibility and modelling support, stakeholder engagement, planning applications, submissions and approvals for property development, and providing systems administration.This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.About you:You can manage multiple work streams and thrive in a busy environment. A skilful negotiator with excellent communication skills, you will maintain constructive working relationships with all stakeholders.
