We are excited to announce that the growth in our school has led us to requiring an Assistant Daily Organiser (K-12) to support our current Daily Organiser (K-12). The Assistant Daily Organiser will ensure continued effective coordination of daily activities within the school and appropriate allocation of resources (casual staff, meeting rooms, classrooms, etc).
Collectively these two positions will contribute to the efficient operation of our college activities. We are looking for a highly organised professional who is experienced in managing daily operational teacher changes of a K-12 school or similar complex resource allocation in a similar environment. The successful candidate will also have the experience and ability to lead the way in planning and coordinating key college events.
Position requirements are: Business Administration or similar qualifications,Current WWCC and First Aid Certificate or CPR qualifications,Demonstrated experience using varied resource allocation software or systems,Excellent communication and organisation skills,Experience in a similar role,Demonstrated strong computer literacy with Mac and PC applications (such as TASS, Google Apps, Office, email and internet), andSupportive of the ethos of independent Anglican education.On offer is a fun family oriented working environment where you will connect with likeminded individuals, be provided both internal and external professional development opportunities, have access to school wellbeing initiatives including full access to our school gymnasium, and a competitive pro-rata salary based on the Independent Schools NSW (Support and Operational Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement (MEA) 2021.
