The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Club General Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team.
You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.This role is for our largest club in NSW and a great career opportunity for someone wanting to get in to the Genesis Group of Clubs and receive the support to be developed further into an outstanding leader.Your key responsibilities include:Achieving sales targetsManage and motivate a teamWork within the annual business plan and achieve budgetsAssist the CGM in Implementing an annual sales and marketing plannerCreate business opportunities with the local corporate marketProvide exceptional Customer service to our membersAssist the CGM in implementing the retention programs of the businessProvide an exceptional product to deliver to our membersYou must:Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the clubHave management experience (essential)Be results drivenHave experience managing staff and budgetsHave a passion for health and fitnessSale Management experience
