We have an opportunity for a intuitive and well-connected
Assistant Chief Concierge to join our team and support our guest services planning and develop our external partnerships as we work to position The Langham as the leading luxury product and service-leader in the market and beyond.
Requirement-
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Assistant Chief Concierge, you will support the Chief Concierge to oversee the operations of the following areas and positions - Concierge, Porter, Doorperson (Welcomer) and Valet Parking to ensure a seamless, luxury and genuine service delivery and arrival and departure experience.
As a Assistant Chief Concierge, oversee the activity in guest lobby and ensure smooth flow of lobby traffic, providing flawless experience can influence guest perception of The Langham, Gold Coast.
As a Guest Services Leader, lead by example in regards to guest service, providing superior guest service to all guests, clients, external residents and visitors to the Property.
Manage our Porte Cochere and the arrival experiences to ensure a superior welcome and be part of leading our Brand Persona - being the face of The Langham, Gold Coast.
Qualifications & SkillsOur Assistant Chief Concierge will be a true Luxury Hotelier & part of the prestigious Les Clefs dÓr & passionate about quality in all forms, from the product, to the service, team and delivery To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position at a luxury hotel and proven experience leading Concierge teams to meet a level of high performance across service, quality and operational commitments.
Other key attributes we are looking for include: Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality Authentic and Engaging Leadership Style Superior relationship management with Gold Coast Local Knowledge highly desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Australian work rights Live fully with Langham
