They have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager/Administrator to join their dynamic, well-established team based in Penrith.
This role requires working on-site at a locally managed shopping centre Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with one day based at another centre in the Bankstown-Canterbury area. Regular travelling to other shopping centres will also be required as needed.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility in this all-rounder role will be to assist and support the busy centre manager with the day-to-day operations, maintenance and smooth running of the shopping centre.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Answering phones and assisting where possible, taking messages and forwarding calls to the appropriate person Liaising and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, contractors, solicitors, clients etc Coordinating repairs and maintenance Maintain accurate records of all documentation Assisting in processing and preparing applications and other relevant documentation Assist with budgeting and financial reporting Risk management and compliance Site inspections Any other general ad-hoc business administration when needed Travel to other centres is required About You
