About The Opportunity As the Assistant Centre Director , you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children while promoting their learning and development.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with the Centre Director to ensure a high standard of care and educationBeing a hands-on presence on the floor, supporting the team as needed in the first 12 monthsCommunicating positively and effectively with children and staff on a daily-basisSupporting and mentoring educators to enhance their professional growthDemonstrating a genuine passion for children's learning and well-beingAbout YouThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Assistant Centre Director or be an experienced Educator eager to take the next step in their career.
You will also have:
