Job Description Administration and Case Assistant Location: Hills District, Sydney Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation Employment Type: Full Time, 9am-5pm Perks: On-site Car Spot, Flexible Hours, Close-Knit Team About: Are you someone with an eye for detail who is skilled in reading detailed legal documents and used to handling extremely sensitive information?
An Australian, privately owned company established in 2003 looking for someone to come and join their supportive, close-knit team for a 6 month maternity leave contract.
Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist the Case Manager with documentation, data entry, and case management using MS Word and our in-house database.
Client & Investigator Liaison: Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, insurance providers, and internally, handling sensitive and confidential information.
Documentation & Reporting: Review and collate investigation reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislative requirements.
What We're Looking For: Attention to Detail: Ability to review, organize, and ensure the accuracy of information.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfort with discussing sensitive topics and working with confidential information.
Previous Experience: Familiarity with workers' compensation, insurance claims or legal administration is a bonus but not required.
