We are currently recruiting a Fragrance and Beauty Assistant Business Manager for our leading counter in MYER Sydney.
ABOUT THE JOB: The Fragrance and Beauty Assistant Business Manager supports the Business Manager in leading an energetic and passionate team dedicated to creating experiences for our clients. Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Assistant Business Manager is responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand's image and leadership in the market. You will supervise the performance of the team, guide them towards achieving results, and develop individual talents for future success.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: As an Assistant Business Manager, you will drive sales, growth, and an unforgettable client experience with your team. You will ensure the counter meets Chanel standards in every aspect, from client service to operations.
Key Responsibilities: Empower the team, provide feedback, and show commitment to the growth and development of the team by supporting a culture of learning.Support the Business Manager in coaching and mentoring the team in areas such as client experience, sales techniques, service flows, and product knowledge.Role model the Chanel service standards for client experience and lead by example on the selling floor.Create and maintain a client base for the boutique by proactively recruiting and growing client loyalty.Show passion and enthusiasm for all three categories within the Chanel product mix – Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance.WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Strong leadership and people management capabilities.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to lead a team to success.Open-mindedness to diversity and cultural differences along with the ability to work with team members and clients of diverse backgrounds.The ability to work across a roster that covers the trading hours of our retail partner.WHAT CHANEL CAN OFFER YOU: In this position, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in luxury retail management and client service, through career planning resources, development through formal training programs (in-house and externally), coaching, and more.
