About the Role
In this interesting and diverse role, you will be a key member of our small and cohesive finance team.
We are seeking an experienced administrator able to provide quality customer service and office administration to all Yenda Group internal and external customers in support and implementation of the Yenda Group operational and strategic objectives and plans.
Your focus in this role will include (but is not limited to) the following tasks and responsibilities:
Entry of data into the Yenda accounting software Monthly reconciliations of credit card statements and associated paperwork for Yenda Producers.
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliation for Spencer and Bennett Pty Ltd. Preparation of the monthly BAS for Spencer & Bennett.
Maintenance of contractor and supplier paperwork including insurance certificate of currencies and inductions (contractors and suppliers starting with N - Z).
Assist in the maintenance of the Yenda Producers Debtor Prepay Reward accounts.
Co-ordinating motor vehicle loggers for Yenda Producers Co-operative Society Ltd. Maintenance of the asset registers for the Group, including generating monthly reports.
Update and manage WHS Monitor vehicle and training registers.
Assist in the collation of paperwork for the annual fringe benefits tax return.
Update prices and maintenance of Agworld licensing for agronomists and horticulturalists.
Calculation of monthly diesel rebates, as part of the BAS lodgement process.
Work with the Operations Manager to update 'Gear Box' documentation.
Generating and distribution of monthly reports, as required.
Conduct all activities in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Provide superior customer service both internally and externally.
Willing to undertake learning and development that would be of benefit to the Co-op in line with the job role.
About You:
You will be a positive, proactive, and collaborative individual, who thrives on problem-solving and ensuring a positive experience for all internal and external customers you engage with!

You understand the value of timely and accurate delivery of the tasks asked of you and are ready to become part of a cohesive and outcomes-focused team!

Some prior workplace experience in relation to bookkeeping and statutory reporting (BAS; FBT etc.)
would be ideal.

Your attention to detail will be second to none!

You may also be studying in a related area; anything from the Cert IV or beyond in subjects such as Business Administration or Accounting and Bookkeeping will stand you in good stead for this diverse and pivotal role within our head office finance team.

You will hold a current driver's license.
