Assistant Boutique Manager

Rebecca Vallance is the epitome of sophistication and has become renowned for her structured tailoring and luxurious fabrics and her global aesthetic and is the "go to" for many A-Listers internationally.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager, who is a true retailer, to work Part Time or Full Time at our Strand Arcade, Flagship Boutique.
You will be able to build and forge strong client and staff relationships.
You will have previous experience in a similar environment and have proven ability to drive sales and achieve the highest level of client service at all times.
You will have:

Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
Excellent communication and attention to detail;
Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base, proactively and regularly calling these customers to let them know of upcoming events and promotions and knowing them by name when they enter the store;
An abundance of energy and positivity;
Exceptional personal standards and a strong knowledge for premium brands both Australian and International, and;
Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
