We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join a prestigious international timepiece brand in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant Collins Street district.


Key Responsibilities: Assist in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve boutique targets Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain loyal client relationships Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control Oversee visual merchandising to create an inspiring and luxurious shopping environment Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales objectives and KPIs Support training and development of staff to ensure continuous improvement Key skills/experience: Immaculately presented with a professional and polished appearance. Proven experience in a similar Assistant Boutique Manager role within the luxury industry (experience in watch retail is preferred, but not essential). A genuine passion for sales and delivering exceptional results. Extensive retail sales experience, particularly with high-end clientele. A strong interest in horology or the willingness and ability to learn about highly technical products. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
