Assistant Boutique Manager – Adelaide Flagship Boutique

Employment: Full TimeWe are currently seeking an intelligent, organised and experienced Assistant Store Manager at our Adelaide Flagship Boutique. If successful you will help oversee all facets of the business in one of our busiest boutiques.
Reporting to the Store Manager, career growth, coaching and development are guaranteed while undertaking the role. This is not a business where the owners do not know your name or story!
Responsibilities:Leading staffEfficient maintenance of all bookingsHandling all money, eftpos and security bondsCreate and optimise rostersManaging stockThe Applicant: Previous management experience in a fashion retail environment (preferred but not essential)Exceptional organisational skillsProven ability to lead and manage a teamEnthusiasm and initiativeAbility to think on your feetSkilled problem solverUnderstanding of KPIsHistory of achieving strong sales resultsExceptional Customer Service skillsExceptional style and love of all things fashion and luxuryPreferred – Confident in hand-sewing (very minor repairs such as sewing a button)What we offer:Competitive salary and commission structureTools of the tradeIncredible staff discountsFamily discounts*To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work weekends. *We are open to the possibility of this being a part-time role.
