What you'll do Assist with rostering and allocation of tasks to the Assurance staff, including compilation of casual staff timesheets;Coordinating and undertaking independent scrutiny of Lotteries, Keno, and promotional draws to ensure integrity and compliance with regulatory and licensing conditions;Assist with the investigation and scrutiny of major prizes, including actioning of Assurance monitoring alerts;Perform routine updates of Assurance forms, work instructions, checklists, documents, policies, and procedures – as required;Ensure that all Assurance contractors and supplier invoices are duly paid on time.What you'll bring Experience in audit, assurance, or finance is beneficial;Meticulous attention to detail;Previous experience in a similar role;Strong communication skills;Knowledge or desire to learn about gaming products and lotteries.What you'll get
