Job Description Assist with managing month end close processes.Prepare journals, intercompany transactions and accruals.Work closely with the Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.Prepare cashflow forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, BAS & GST reconciliation.Support the Finance team with budget preparation and management.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.Actively participate in financial projects and company-wide initiatives.The Successful Applicant A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Studying towards or completed a CPA or CA.Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.Strong interpersonal skills.What's on Offer An estimated salary range of AUD 75,000 - AUD 85,000 per annum.A vibrant company culture that fosters growth and learning.Regular working hours with respect for work-life balance.A fulfilling and dynamic role in a global business.We encourage all suitable applicants to apply for this exciting Accounts Assistant position and look forward to receiving your application.
