That's 11 products per second!About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.Job Responsibilities Assist in building financial templates to facilitate ongoing financial reporting. Follow up and manage overdue invoice payments, especially in factory and supply chain areas, over the next six months. Support invoice and stock reconciliation, particularly for upcoming projects. Assist the team with various data sorting and validation tasks. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries. Perform ad hoc project-related tasks to support financial operations. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2-3 years' experience in accounting, finance or similar roles Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel Ability to prioritise tasks and work under deadlines Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
