As a Contract Manager, you will be entrusted with leading several teams across 2 locations, delivering operational excellence and profitability at this esteemed educational institution.
Your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of planned and reactive service delivery, strategic planning, team leadership, and integrating yourself within the client's remit.What you will be doing :Managing all aspects of delivering specialist cleaning services across the two locationsDevelop and manage business strategies to achieve profitable business outcomes for the contractManage the operational team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including Work Health & Safety, Company policies and procedures, quality systems and client contract requirementsManage, coordinate and plan all activities to ensure client satisfaction and meet budgets and timeframesProvide hands-on leadership to team members and subcontractor teamsProvide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, training and inspiration to your teamsPrepare reports and analyses of business achievements, opportunities and targets, including risk assessments, cost benefit and SWOT analysisDevelop new business opportunities and manage the contract to achieve sales and profit targetsParticipate in regular meetings with the Client and stakeholders to report on performance related KPIs and operational mattersYou will have :Facilities management / soft services experience or a background within a service industry environment – idealExperience in managing multiple and complex operations; education sector an advantageProven experience in people management and the ability to foster creativity, innovation and teamworkDemonstrated integrity, personal responsibility, initiative and the ability to energise, persuade and influence othersPrior experience in preparing quotations and demonstrated commercial success in growing contractsSuperior change management skills – a flexible and adaptable approachAbility to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills with all levels of the business verbal and written communication as well as presentation skillsCan-do attitude with high energy and resilienceWhat we offer you :Attractive Base SalaryCar AllowanceReward and recognition incentivesOngoing training and developmentA safe and supportive working environmentCareer developmentA family-oriented cultureIf you are a leader who can inspire their team, build effective relationships and have a track record of delivering a high standard of service - we would love to hear from you.
