Focused on optimising CAPEX and OPEX strategies for future regulatory periods, the role ensures efficient network performance by leveraging asset data and models to predict future outcomes. A key responsibility includes managing the Risk Cost Model, supporting both internal stakeholders and regulatory proposals.This role promotes collaboration and continuous improvement, applying expertise in Risk Value and Performance Management frameworks to drive strategic asset management success.Key role objectives includeRisk Cost Model Management: Maintain and enhance the Risk Cost Model to ensure it delivers ongoing value and meets the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.Expenditure Planning: Develop and maintain long-term expenditure scenarios to support stakeholder engagement and regulatory proposals, including preparing supporting business cases and reports.Network Performance and Risk Measures: Establish and manage systems and models that track current and future network performance, providing data-driven opportunities to improve asset management.Framework Integration: Ensure that the Risk Value and Performance Management frameworks are fully integrated into the overall Asset Management System, aligning the work of all teams within the system.Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with leadership teams, providing advisory support and collaborating on asset performance and risk mitigation strategies to optimise long-term outcomes.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.Extensive asset management experience, ideally in power utilities.Expertise in expenditure planning, risk, and performance management.What we offerAn opportunity to join an organisation recognised for its innovation, technology, growth, and community service.Up to $900 in electricity reimbursements each year.Automatic coverage from SA Power Networks Income Protection Scheme.Primary Parental Leave (18 weeks) and Secondary Parental Leave (5 weeks).Salary sacrifice benefits; fleet or novated car lease.An industry-leading focus and reputation for safety and wellbeing.A commitment to work-life balance with truly flexible working arrangements, a great team environment and a career focus with development opportunities.How to ApplyTo apply click 'Apply'.Applications should include both a Resume & Cover Letter.
