ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking an Asset Officer for a 5:2 roster to join our team based in Perth.
Reporting to the Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating our fleet of assets across all Warrikal client site works.
You will be responsible for the forecast planning, mobilisation/demobilisation of assets and coordination with internal business teams regarding utilisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create Forecast v Allocation reports based on projected asset requirements over 3, 6- and 12-month periods and execute a delivery plan based on those reports.Map out and coordinate the movement of our assets between various sites across the Pilbara.Liaise daily with our on-site teams to monitor vehicle condition and action service bookings accordingly.Managing and maintaining an audit process for assets across all works to ensure they meet client safety standards of entry.Coordinating asset movements between sites using our internal transport solutions.Coordinate the execution of quarterly test and tagging controls for all tooling and equipment.ABOUT YOU Experience in asset management and asset management systems is essential.Strong working knowledge of the mining industry including journey management controls across the Pilbara.Ability to understand and deliver on timelines for delivery across multiple Pilbara sites.Deliver positive, proactive, and committed feedback to team members.Ability to develop and deliver processes with Planning Manager.High organisational skills to coordinate logistic requirements.Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks.Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders are strongly encouraged to apply.When you join Warrikal you will be joining a 'family'; a workplace that is diverse, empowering, and supportive; a place where everyone is treated as equals with integrity and respect.
