JD Ross Energy is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the operation & maintenance of a major wind farm, focusing on maximizing performance and ensuring optimal asset value. This is a great opportunity for experienced wind industry engineers to join one of the largest international renewable energy companies. Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage, maintain and maximise the performance and value of utility scale renewable assets.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective O&M strategies.Oversee relationships with stakeholders, including local communities and regulatory bodies.Manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and update them monthly based on actual performance.Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders in line with agreements.Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety and Environmental standards.Achieve operational performance targets and promote a culture of proactive maintenance. Qualifications: Wind Industry Experience is essential.Proven experience of supervision and co-ordination of O&M activities.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field.Business or Project Management qualifications are a plus.Experience in technical asset management and financial, commercial oversight in renewable energy.Strong understanding of renewable energy operations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in contract management and negotiations.Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership and organizational abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Ability to work independently.
