The organisation has secured a significant presence in Australia's hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors, with over A$1.5 billion invested in acquisitions and joint ventures.
The Role The role involves reviewing and exploring new business strategies to maintain sustainable revenue in line with annual budgets and leasing targets.
Therefore, we are looking for an Asset Manager who has strong financial/business acumen, with a proven background in maximising returns:
Evaluate and identify innovative business strategies to ensure sustainable revenue generation in alignment with the annual budget and leasing objectivesDevelop and execute marketing strategies for assigned assetsTransform marketing strategies into actionable plans and oversee their implementationReview and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing and maintaining the asset valueCollaborate with property and facility managers to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and effective implementation of maintenance programsAssess maintenance requests and review upgrade plans, specifications, and cost estimates, including contractsAnalyse service delivery and operational efficiency of properties, providing progress updates to managementAddress tenant and contractor issues, assess needs, and foster strong landlord-tenant relationshipsEnsure policies and procedures are well-documented and regularly updatedSupport the preparation of operational and capital budgets whilst monitoring expenditureThe Candidate:Degree in Property/finance highly desirableMinimum 5 years experience working across asset/investment managementHigh financial acumenAbility to make strategic decisionsA critical thinker, with natural problem solving skillsStrong analytical skillsDemonstrate a proven history of managing asset lifecyclesBenefits100% WFHEmployer of choiceOpportunity to work with an active and evolving organisationClear management structureWork for a values based business that gives backPlease call Jessica Platt on 0430 479 207 for more information or email your CV to ******.
