About The Role
The Statewide Maintenance & Asset Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead internal processes to ensure financial integrity throughout the P2P cycle. The role involves maintaining data accuracy and providing insightful reporting to enable strategic decision-making and drive better performance and value across NSW statewide assets.
Key Accountabilities Asset Management: Own, manage, and oversee the annual creation and confirmation of the asset install base (iBase) for medical equipment/instruments, and the Asset & Facilities Management Online (AFMO) platform to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance. System Oversight: Own, manage, and oversee a centralized system for tracking equipment changes by suppliers, ensuring smooth operation and timely updates. P2P Invoicing and Billing: Take charge of P2P invoicing and billing processes, liaising with stakeholders (finance, labs, operations, asset management). #J-18808-Ljbffr
