The Position We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our DeltaFM business. You will join and lead our small but committed team who are focused on providing both planned and reactive maintenance support services for the Santos Contract, operating within the Cooper Basin in South Australia and the Surat Basin in Queensland. This position will be Brisbane based, from our support office in Cannon Hill, however some travel to site will form a part of the requirements of the role.
Key duties Support and lead the company's vision and values and Safety CultureMaintaining consistent operational performance, driving business activities to ensure standards of quality, cost, safety, people capability and performanceLife-cycle asset management (performance and availability) of Remote Village AssetsStatutory, Planned and Unplanned maintenance execution and analysisResource management of site-based trades, support office staff and sub-contractorsSupplier and manufacturer consultation and negotiationOversee and manage performance of the Santos Intelligent FM solution, focusing on lead and lag measures relating to productivity, efficiency, customer performance, safety and peopleEnsure the business operates within the Compass Group Framework of policies and initiatives, including financial controls and risk management programsMonitor financial activities against budget and allocate budget resourcesThe Person To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Proven business leadership experience at State Manager / Contract Manager level and has held P&L responsibility of at least $15 MillionStrong knowledge in experience in building and maintenance practices with a strong facility maintenance and asset management backgroundStrong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgetsExperience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing prioritiesVery effective communications style, both written and oralAble to motivate staff and improve employee engagement through effective communications, mentoring and coaching, training and development, and structured feedbackHas led large operational teams dispersed across multiple sites / geographical locationsStrong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teamsStrong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business, preferably within the remote or offshore sectorThe Benefits Aside from working with an incredible team you will also gain:
