If you like the idea of working somewhere you can really make an impact, then you should be talking to this growing Civil Engineering consultancy.
You'll be joining an 'up and coming' team of around 25 people. That means you get to work directly with the leadership team, no 'red tape', and have the opportunity to influence direction as the business scales.
What you'll be doing: This is a client-facing position delivering consultancy services primarily to local government departments. More specifically:
Developing & implementing infrastructure asset management plans Setting up systems/processes to monitor asset performance Overseeing maintenance and repair as appropriate Skills/Experience: We're open to candidates whether you're an industry veteran or someone earlier in your career. To be effective here, you will need to have worked in some kind of infrastructure asset management role before, whether that's in the public sector or for another consulting business.
If you're familiar with ISO 55000/ISO 55001, that would be helpful, but if not, we're happy for you to learn on the job.
What's important is that you're a good communicator who's comfortable with the idea of working in a customer-facing role.
