We are currently seeking an experienced Service Optimisation Lead to join our team in Orange, NSW.
Responsibilities: Forecasting of parts consumption within the service department Bridge between service and inventory to ensure relevant healthy stock is on hand when required Job scoping and estimating Planning of major works either field or workshop to ensure a broader understanding of the workload Monitoring warranty processing and follow up as required Maintaining our job database to ensure accessibility to information regarding machine builds and midlifes across the country Ensure efficiencies across all job processes Requirements: Previous experience in mining industry or similar Trade qualification in mechanical, heavy diesel, electrical or hydraulic or similar Demonstrated skills in process, systems and optimisation An unrelenting safety focus A strong customer perspective Highly analytical and detailed with a strategic mindset Problem-solving ability, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to handle and work under pressure What do we offer?
