Maintenance Administrator About the role Our Resources Industry Team is seeking a Maintenance Administrator (internal name Asset Maintenance Scheduler) to join their team.
This role will be on a Monday-Friday fulltime basis, with the opportunity for hybrid work (home/office) arrangements.
Reporting to the Asset Strategy Manager, the Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the tracking and scheduling of assets for their required services, ensuring asset reliability is increased.
This role will ensure backlogs and records are maintained using internal databases, leading to accurate reporting and asset data.
Through effective data management, this role will assist to determine potential preventative maintenance, leading to increased customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Submit service requests for preventative maintenanceReview and schedule outstanding maintenance tasks to ensure assets are effectively servicedCollaborate with internal stakeholders to schedule preventative machine servicingCommunicate with internal stakeholders to ensure all branches are aware of work scopeReview allocated budgets to ensure work is completed within scope and report on overbudgeted maintenancesRegularly update scheduled maintenances through internal databasesSkills & Experience Demonstrated experience in an administrative/coordination roleExcellent organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of equipment maintenance desirableAbility to work successfully in a team & individually, whilst fostering positive working relationshipsExcellent communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonalAbility to engage in effective communication, negotiation, and facilitation with both internal and external stakeholdersHighly developed attention to detail with ability to analyse information & interpret dataApply Now If you believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, please submit your resume for consideration via the link.
