We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at our branch in Bibra Lake, 6163 working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week).
This role would suit an entry level candidate who is interested in and has basic knowledge of trucks, machinery and equipment, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry.
In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities would include:Ensuring all assets are received, booked in, photographed and uploaded accurately within the required timeframes upon arrival at the branchProducing quality photographs of assets and other items when booking in as well as documenting features and damageProblem solving relating to the aboveAssisting the safe unloading and loading of assets as required utilising exclusion zones where necessaryDelivering outstanding service to vendors and buyersMaintaining a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment and adhere to WHS proceduresTeaming effectively with other departmentsABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)Current forklift licence (or ability to obtain)Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPadAbility to maintain quality standards and meet deadlinesAbility to work as part of a teamThe successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekdays where required.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUTraining & Development
