What you will do:
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of effective asset management practices including data collection, asset condition assessment, asset life cycle analysis, risk management application, technical and engineering design standard and stakeholder/customer related levels of service, effective renewal and/or refurbishment intervention treatments and the asset handover process.
Provides input in the periodic review of and reporting against the organisation's Asset Management Strategy and Implementation Plan
Assist with development and improvement of the organisation's Asset Management Plans
Facilitate the attainment of yearly Infrastructure Asset Revaluations including for Roads, Parks and Stormwater Assets.
Data analysis, performance modelling and report creation for Business Units.
Carry out site inspections and undertake data input to build and maintain the organisations asset knowledge database
About you - do you some or all of the following?:
Experience with ASPEC Data Specification, GIS systems or similar.
Sound knowledge in the area of infrastructure asset management, including inspection, asessement and reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of asset management principles and practices and experience with Asset Management Information Systems and processes
Able to provide a National Police check
Drivers Licence
Desirable: Local government experience.
Desirable: Qualification to Associate Diploma level in an Asset Management related field.
